Job description
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice capture and supplier statement reconciliations
- Perform bank, creditor, and general ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and management packs
- Maintain accurate financial data in the ERP/accounting system
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with audit file preparation and provide supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting standards
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting or related qualification
- Currently residing in John Taolo Gaetsewe District (Proof of school/residence required)
- Valid Drivers License
- Medically Fit
