Responsible for the recruitment process, including screening and testing procedures applied within company policies. Responsible for all administration and management related to the recruitment process.
Job description
- · Implementing recruitment processes.
- · Psychometric test scheduling.
- · Completion of hire pack.
- · Plan and schedule on-boarding.
- · Interview candidates.
- · Arrange and coordinate with all vendors/hire-labor contractors.
- · Assist the HR Manager.
Minimum requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- · Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent
- · Degree in Human Resources Management or related (NQF Level 7).
- · Computer literate
P REFERRED QUALIFICATION;
- · SABPP - South African Board for People Practices
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Up to 4 years’ experience within a Human Resources Officer role.
- Mining experience is preferential.
- SAGE X3 experience advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Planning, organizing, and coordination skills
- Ability to work without Supervision
